Duke and Daisy. These pictures were taken back at our Maricopa house. And this is how I like to remember our dogs. Duke... so tuff looking, with the gentlest heart, and Daisy always all over Duke even when he is trying to sleep. Daisy passed in the middle of July and we put Duke down just yesterday. It was hard with Daisy, and I loved her, but with Duke Man.. I am going to miss that dog. He was so great with Kloey, when she would ride him like a horse, or pull up on his lips and look at his teeth. He was so kind and gentle. If I were ever to get another dog, a ridgeback it would be! Its so great to know that I will be able to see my dogs again. (I am such a dog person) But that is what has given me so much comfort, I know they are in a better place.

How sad...ours ran away a couple months ago and it is still hard to think about him being gone..So Sorry!
